The Aaron's in Ionia,MI has become my best pick when I was in an old school basic RENT A CENTER situation to get a darn good laptop A.S.A.P. for ALL MY customly printed crafting works & personal hobbies. I had bought a small, decent touch screen laptop & Epson Ecotank ET-2550 in 2017 at a Wal-Mart store. A few years ago, I needed a basic laptop w/ CD Rom drive Quickly and Bike Club related less than a week ASAP! I Happily recommend Aaron's to be able to work with AWESOME TEAMS in getting a "WOW call Aaron's!!" spoken instructions from my Tech Hubby around end of 2025 lol.
the delivery drives very much weren’t carful with anything , they slammed the fridge they were taking in to are wall they also shattered a fridge shelf in front of are house and left it there didn’t say a word about it
Went in today, had a very nice lady come up and help me out, answered all of my questions and was very polite, I used their computer that they have to see if I had qualified for doing payments, which was hassle, free and very easy. My new washer will be delivered to my apartment soon, and I am very pleased with my experience. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped me. But I’ll definitely be going back if I am in need of any furniture or appliances/electronics , Thank you to the Aron’s team member
Dan White is really nice guy and he does a awesome job and Derick is really good to they try and do what they can do for you
This location left a difficult to remove sticker on the brand new door of the apartment my brother just moved into only lived there 1 week). He has never been a customer of Aaron's, so he called and asked them to please remove the sticker. They (not so politely) declined. They asked him why he couldn't just remove the sticker. My brother works two jobs and does not have the time to remove it. Even if he did, it is not his responsibility. There is a perforation at the top of the sticker where it could have easily been hung on the door. Our assumption is that they stuck it on the door in an attempt to harras a delinquent customer. I will remove this 1 star rating if they go and remove the sticker.
This is the worst place to rent from. I had surgery and had Aaron’s club so they could pay for my stuff until I got back to work. I filled out all the paperwork and sent it in. After it was sent in I started getting calls from Aaron’s wanting to know if I heard from them. I told them it wasn’t my job to figure out what was going on, I was told it was. Got numerous phone calls from them to where it was harassment. I had new furniture delivered and the inconsiderate people who brought it broke it and never done anything about it. I even tried to get the district manager involved but never heard from him and it’s been months. So I told them to come get my furniture and they show up at my house with no appointment, I was at work at the time. I called them and told them to call before you come to my house. Two days later they show up at my house again and never made a appointment with me. These people are inconsiderate, liars, and don’t care about you as a consumer. I will never recommend them to anyone
