Have always had a great experience with this store and they've always had a professional outlook and insight on the merchandise I've asked about. Kim and Jeff have always been extremely helpful and right up front about everything I've needed answers for. Very nice people, store is always clean when I go in there, never have any issues with trying to reach them about payment or any other questions regarding our account. Highly recommend. Awesome people.

I’ve been getting furniture from continental in Ionia for years! I love going through them. They are by far the best rent to own in the area. They have always worked to get me the best deal and when life happens and payments become difficult to make they work with me and do what they can to help me out instead of griping and making me feel less for not being able to pay. The staff have always been amazing to work with with and the way they are always so willing to help me out makes me feel they appreciate my business! I 100 percent recommend them and will continue to do business with them!

I’ve been getting furniture from continental in Ionia for years! I love going through them. They are by far the best rent to own in the area. They have always worked to get me the best deal and when life happens and payments become difficult to make they work with me and do what they can to help me out instead of griping and making me feel less for not being able to pay. Always a great experience with these guys. I have been getting my things from them for over the past 20 years or so and they’re always very kind and professional. Always willing to work with you if you have any issues with your things. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
