Brought me a damaged dishwasher because they don't know how to properly load and deliver items. Promised to order me a new one and never did. Then they came and got it because I refused to pay until they brought me a new one. When they came to get it their dolly was too big and damaged my door frame on top of everything else! Never again will I buy from them!

Dont know why but i think its bullcrap that beth couldnt take the 55 from my mom for a payment. My mom has been trying to be nice as she could with her but it got to the point where my mom had enough of her rudeness n telling her that she couldnt except it and it was the last bit of my moms check. So sadly my mom told beth to pick up the tv and the stand because my dad went in to put the last 55 down out of my moms check and told my dad that she couldnt take and refused it. Like how hard is it to take it n put it in n not be rude as heck about it and say sorry i cant accept that. Like really. Thats bullcrap. Being rude as heck. didn't wanna take the 55 from my parents like she was supposed n refused it and tried to tell my parents she was trying to work with her no she didn't. If she did she would've accepted the 55 n be ok with it. that's ok soon as us n my parents are done with renting from them they lost us customers. playing favoritism with customers isn't ok. If u worked with my parents n took the 55 you wouldn't have issues n u did the same thing to me. NOT OK. NOT VERY HAPPY. but u refused the 55 from my parents. yea not ok not impressed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Chris was awesome he answered all of my questions exactly to the T. He He went above and beyond helped me find a JBL party speaker Bluetooth. I am extremely happy with it and he even delivered it to my house on a exact time that he told me to. I think this guy is very caring to his customers. He definitely deserves a raise.

Everyone here is phenomenal. Always treated with respect and courtesy. They worked with me through a couple rough issues on my end. I love that I could order something and have it delivered that day.
