I give this location a 0 star review not only was the girl (manager) and the guy I spoke with absolutely rude on the phone along with we are on day 4 of having no furniture in my house including my bed because I was told by them to have all my stuff out and out of the way for delivery then they call a half hr B4 delivery time that was set to re schedule for the next day they then told us the next day they had no one to deliver then day 3 they tell me now my order was never confirmed and will be delivered today now today is here and I het a phone call a hr B4 delivery time to reschedule again and give me attitude that they will have to come in on there day off to deliver it I told said person on the phone they can shove there merchandise and I went and bought my stuff out right that's to bobs furniture in a last minute pinch they helped when the rude usles lieing worm that I spoke to on the phone wouldn't I was then told they will never do business with me again because I told them I am completely upset that I have slept on the floor with a broken back for 3 nights all because this company can't manage there scheduleing DONT EVER USE THESE GUYS GO TO RENT A CENTER

The most incompetent and disrespectful organization I’ve ever encountered.

I forget their names but they were very friendly and helpful there. And NOT pushy. I have used this company before and would use them again
This store has been very helpful, specifically my girl COURTNEY! She is the best! Not aggressive with sales, but actually helpful. My couch was too small and she found me a bigger one on sale and it’s getting delivered within a couple days. Thanks Courtney!

I tried to make a payment today, I am two payments behind- this would have brought me current to 1/15. The “manager”, Mitch proceeded to tell me if I can’t give him a date that I can make the next payment he can just take the stuff back or send my account to collections. I was honest and told him I don’t know a date, instead of trying to work with me or at the very least take my payment he continued to refuse to take it unless I knew the date I could pay my next payment. I tried to do the right thing and call and pay half of my owed balance, Instead I got berated and threatened to have my account charged off by a so called manager. Pretty discouraged, some of the worst customer service ever experienced.
