Unprofessional manager and employees. The website does not reflect what they have in store, and when you go INTO the store, they attempt to upsell you. I’ve been having issues with my dryer and washer ever since I got it and whenever I call the store for service they always tell me JT (the store manager) is at lunch. How convenient! Corporate has been called.
I have used Aarons for years! Tv in New York, washer and dryer in Panama City and a Mattress in Panama City! I have never had an issue and they are amazing to work with! I will buy from here again! Highly recommended!
Started out with issues over an order for furniture, which I'm sure was a misunderstanding looking back on my part. None the less I left a 1 star review after I left pissed off. Couple years later, I ended up renting a mower in a desperate moment. They've been nothing but cool. Leads me to believe I might have over reacted a bit 👀. I hope this corrects that. Thanks y'all.
When i applied for a washer and dryer, they didn't have the advertised set, and though they said the protection plan was optional, there was no place to decline it. So, I tried a few times called the customer service line and I found a box to check to decline. I declined it, my washer and dryer was delivered, and when I went to make a payment, the protection plan charged me an extra $8. I don't recommend lying companies to anyone, and I hope I have no more problems with this company.
I placed an online order for a washer and dryer and had a very poor experience with this location. The store never contacted me using the phone number I provided on my online order, and instead used my husband’s old number from past accounts a number that was only ever tied to payments. Because of this, I was never informed that I needed to be home with my ID for delivery. I only learned about this requirement when my husband called me while the delivery team was already at my home. When I called the store for clarification, I was told for the first time that I needed to be present with ID. While I was driving home, my call dropped. Instead of waiting for me to return the call, the manager assumed I had “rudely” hung up and canceled my order without my permission. He then told me we should “take a break” from leasing but that I was welcome to pay cash instead. He also claimed it was “alarming” that I didn’t know the details of my order, when in fact the miscommunication came from the store not using the correct number or following up properly. I reported this issue with Aaron’s customer service, but I still felt it was important to share my experience publicly. I have completed multiple lease agreements with Aaron’s in the past and value the company overall, but this location does not reflect that standard. Poor communication, lack of follow-up, and unprofessional handling left me without the washer and dryer I ordered more than a week ago. Even if this review is downplayed, I want to share my honest experience so other customers are aware of how this store operates.
