Today was my first time visiting Rent-To-Own, and I had a great experience. They hosted an amazing community giveback event with free food, drinks, popcorn, goodies, and door prizes. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the event enjoyable for the whole community. While I was there, I also looked around the showroom and was impressed by the selection of furniture, appliances, and electronics. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to see a business that cares about its customers and the community. Thank you for a great first visit! I look forward to coming back.

Delivery Team is prompt and reliable while being very cautious of the items delivered. Ty inside the store got me right within my budget. I am locked in for future purchases until I am fully furnished.

Unprofessional manager and employees. The website does not reflect what they have in store, and when you go INTO the store, they attempt to upsell you. I’ve been having issues with my dryer and washer ever since I got it and whenever I call the store for service they always tell me JT (the store manager) is at lunch. How convenient! Corporate has been called.

I have used Aarons for years! Tv in New York, washer and dryer in Panama City and a Mattress in Panama City! I have never had an issue and they are amazing to work with! I will buy from here again! Highly recommended!

Started out with issues over an order for furniture, which I'm sure was a misunderstanding looking back on my part. None the less I left a 1 star review after I left pissed off. Couple years later, I ended up renting a mower in a desperate moment. They've been nothing but cool. Leads me to believe I might have over reacted a bit 👀. I hope this corrects that. Thanks y'all.

When i applied for a washer and dryer, they didn't have the advertised set, and though they said the protection plan was optional, there was no place to decline it. So, I tried a few times called the customer service line and I found a box to check to decline. I declined it, my washer and dryer was delivered, and when I went to make a payment, the protection plan charged me an extra $8. I don't recommend lying companies to anyone, and I hope I have no more problems with this company.
