Excellent service, delivery great, staff meets your needs, thank you.
DONT do their Lease. Huge rip off. 60 percent to their lease program. and they fluff around the numbers so that they make you pay the cheap stuff off first and so you have a larger payoff amount if you try to pay early. Then they go in and tell you bullshit storys and details that most accountants couldnt follow of how you saved money by paying off early but in reality its almost nothing unless you pay in full within first few months. had 10 months left of a 24 month lease at 127.99. payoff amount today was 1156.79. 10 months x 127.99 is 1279.90 that is only 118 dollar real difference for paying it early by 10 months of a 24 month lease with them.

I ordered online a washer Friday. Was today if I ordered online, I could get the washer the following day. Called the store the following day. Was told no we can't deliver till Tues between 10a-3p. Then Tuesday had everything ready for the delivery. By 1p, the washer still hadn't made it..Called the store and was told I wasn't on the list for delivery. I canceled the whole order. I would never deal with a company that lies to their customers. Very dissatisfied.

The first time dealing with them, it was cool. The staff was really nice that was back in 2018. Now some of the staff is rude and inconsiderate and have very poor customer service skills. On the phone with a friend who was supposed to get stuff delivered today and because of the person who said they wrote in the book didn't, and my friend can't remember there name who was responsible to write it down, the sales manager that's in there now needs an attitude adjustment, states "Im not calling you a liar" to my friend , but then continues to say "How do I know you're not making this up" What I believe is that someone that was there knew they talked with my friend just didn't want to get in trouble. So the end of this, my friend was on the phone with me the entire time they were there and did a 3 way call with there landlord to reschedule since an Aarons employee didn't write it down three 1st time, so my friend asked kindly as possible considering they were angry at the situation, if they could make sure it gets written down that want to be sure it did, this same manager said to them "I got you, you don't need to stick around and watch me write it down". My friend and her landlord and myself feel that this kind of treatment was unfair. Very unprofessional. Rather my friend new the person who was supposed to write down in the first and didn't, they still should of made it right with my friend. And not made the accusations they did, cause why would anyone lie about the date, and time that they were told of it wasn't told to them. I hope this doesn't ever happen to anyone else
