This company is horrible to work with. They charge you for things that they haven't done. Also the people that work in the Great Falls location are very rude and pushy. Very upset with the services that I have received and will be returning my appliance very soon to them and never doing anything with them again.

Gary at Aaron’s is always very helpful, no matter what I’m looking for or need for my home. Aaron's has a really good selection of furniture to choose from. Customer service was excellent. The workers were very polite and helped me a lot. The delivery guys, Jayson and Trevor, were really cool and very professional. They did a great job delivering my furniture and setting it up. Thank you for everything.

I cannot express the gratitude and happiness I have for this store! I dealt with Eric and he helped me find the PERFECT washer and dryer, was helpful, honest, friendly, and attentive! He made the whole process quick and easy and I even got our appliances delivered in 2 days and we are over an hour away from the store! The two delivery guys Scott & Jeremy were AWESOME! Explained everything of how to use, very polite, and did a great job in all aspects! I cannot be more happy with the customer service and product! Thank you Great Falls MT Aaron’s! You have definitely earned my business for good!
