The store manager and employees are awesome people I've always rented from Aaron's not only out of Louisiana but out of States across the United States by far the DeRidder store is the best store I've ever shopped in well kept organized and the employees are very friendly

We had a really good relationship with Aaron's & have purchased a lot from them. We will no longer do business with Aarons because we were told that our mower wasnt covered under Aaron's club & we were led to believe coverage just ended when it was paid for. It was in the shop & we paid it off days after we got it out of the shop. Just over 2 months later & mowing twice the mower needs a motor & is not covered because we were told the club didn't cover mowers.

Ordered laptop 3 times. They still can't explain what happened to it. Still waiting on Chris for that call back. So I cancelled the contract and had the money refunded to my card. If you can shop some where with GOOD customer service!
