Ghetto manager , she was very unprofessional acted as if she wanted to fight over HER STEALING something that wasn’t the buildings , game system was not new and she lied saying it was fresh out the box ( we picked it up in a backpack) then we paid the 10$ months ago and they disappeared without any notice on when would we be able to get the item when we did she lied saying they wouldn’t call us till it’s time for the the payment , she had a guy pick it up before the price even came up , the controller they gave us was blue ( we have the box ) they stole the controller that was for another location and lied about it I really hope they get rid of her she will definitely cause this place to be shut down with a big lawsuit
I have dealt with Aaron’s for 18 years now2005 until present date. I have had great service from George and his staff. I would not deal with any other financing or rent to own places here in Beaufort. Keep up the good work and great service!
I have purchased many items from Aaron's and did an early pay out on all my items which is the best option.I have had no issues with this store always got greeted at the door Anna and George are awesome.I WILL keep doing business with you guys
My daughter got her washer and dryer here with no issues. The payments are reasonable. The selection was good quality and the staff was very respectful.
I gone one star because giving none is not an option . I purchased a sofa 6 months or so ago. I was very hesitant to buy it because the furniture on the show room floor had bed bugs all over it and I pointed it out to the manager. He assured me that had never happened before so I agreed to purchase the sofa. Of course I sprayed it as soon as I had it delivered . I have always paid on time and more than my payment. This month I was late on my payment because I no longer have a job so at 4 days late they started calling. The very first call I missed the call so the finance manager called one of my references and proceeded to disclose all of my account information with that person and then argue on the phone with them . They were told I would be in Friday to make the payment . Today they called another referrenr (they haven't called me!) And told that person all of my account information as well! When I was notified of this I called and spoke to the finance manager who got nasty with me so I told them to come get this out my house .I will not do business with someone who discloses my personal information to other people . They will not get another dime from me! And I'm seriously considering filing a formal complaint! Do business with them at your own peril.
Overall great company. They really helped us when we first moved here to Beaufort 4 years ago, when we didn't have any furniture. We have had some issues with employees in the past, but things have improved!
