Just wanted to get on here and leave the best review I possibly could for Ethan and his team, I mean these guys have been nothing but helpful to go out of there way and make my family and I a priority multiple times to not only provide great service and introductions over the phone and in person but to be very prompt with deliveries of newly purchased items and going beyond the call of duty taking on more than their requirements of moving furniture they didn’t even sell us to different parts of our home just simply out of pure generosity as well as thoroughly explaining the benefits of upgrading our contract at a very minimal cost of only 4$ a week which provides us with completely 100% coverage for repair and replacement if necessary and I have to say the timing could not have been more prefect as our sectional needed servicing only a few days after purchasing the diamond club for our existing contracts and now within the same week a sensor issue with our washer. The Buddy’s team came to our home before the time they set which was great and allowed us to get on with our day as well as moving schedules around to appease our needs for the washer in a very timely manner. We’ve had nothing but a more than fantastic experience with Ethan, Sergio and all the members of the Buddy’s team since starting our contracts with them over a year ago. We would recommend working with the Kennewick Buddy’s team as soon as possible to get all your needs met for home essentials especially if your a bit tight on purchasing outright, they have great deals, great products, and great employee customer service and are always willing to make what works for you match what you want while staying within your budget!

Absolutely rude when dropping off a replacement, did not introduce themselves, did not put the dryer back into the correct location just left it in the middle of the room, and said ok we're leaving and left. Office was fine tho, a little confusing sometimes but very nice All in all would not buy from here again paid to much for several used washer and dryers that kept breaking and being replaced or unfixable and in the end I got a used washer and dryer but hey they left it in the middle of the laundry room for my wife to move back.

Sergio helped us get our new couches and the process seemed like it was going to be stressful but he made it easy to start, get information and finish and was very patient while we looked at everything and made our mind up. Would highly recommend!
