This is the biggest scam I’ve ever heard of I started an account in July of last year total for the furniture was close to $2,000 I’ve paid 1489 into my furniture currently I Called one day to check the balance and they told me they that I still owed 2,000 like I never made a payment so I knew I had to call corporate well I left a message and Jerry never returned my call so I called the store. Both associates that work at Buddys told me since I called corporate. They could no longer discuss my account with me and that I would have to wait to speak with the owner Jerry. They told me that he would be giving me a call back four days later I didn’t get that call so I called the store again they keep giving me the same story that he would give me a call back. Both associates claimed that they couldn’t discuss my account with me but told me that I owe owed only eight or $900 on the account. I got a call today saying that I owe $1600 on the account the amount they came up with was interest fees and late charges which we all know Buddys generates automatic text messages saying that your bill is due on one day and it’s really not there’s no way that I owe $1000 more until I am done paying for my Furniture. I will be going to court. Basically, they’re telling me I’ve only paid three to $400 on my Furniture Since July

Cody was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the perfect furniture and he was very knowledgeable and I’m so glad to see that Trish is back as well. Such a great team!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They overcharge you without letting you know. And then when u call them out on it you DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. And they add things on your bill that you never had. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! not to mention the employees are rude!!!!!! This place shouldn't even be in business. I hate dealing with the two ladies they are the rudest people you will ever deal with.

The manager Trishe Hailey needs to be fired for how she speaks to people. As well as for not being able to explain or provide information asked for. Very disrespectful overcharging. Bad managers like this run a store into the ground.

If I could give Zero stars I would The staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. The heavy girl threatened me today when I was talking to her supervisor about her behavior. And the supervisor has no control as well as refusing to refund me for my money for December and January that I prepaid. Don’t do business with the Danville location.
