This store is nothing like it used to be when a manager left because of some funny and messed up stuff happening the employees started over charging people adding extra payments to the accounts. I just made a payment and the guy Shaun was trying to over charge me but I have records that the manager that left gave me! Telling me that I had to pay for the insurance which I never had to pay before because I didn't want it. The employees are rude and uncaring. Please don't go there go somewhere else unless you want to get scammed treated terrible!
This store is not a good place anymore the manager and other employees noticed weird stuff in computer and the manager is the only one spoke up and didn't want to be part of their messd up games that's why the manager left. Also after manager left the store called me saying I was late on a payment in a rude way and I have never been late making a payment. Again do not go there go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect. Had to edit my review: my husband called 6/3/2026 to make a payment Shaun answers the phone at 1st he could not find the account when he did he charged my husband more than he usually pays because they put the insurance back on the account without asking then tells my husband the washer and dryer that we have had for almost 3 years is still in the thousands when my husband tells the guy to take the insurance off the guy(Shaun) tells my husband that he can't do that. I myself calls on 6/1/2026 to make a payment i do believe it was Shaun that answered the phone tries to over pay me for saying the remaining balance onthe tables I have is $160 but In 12/1/2025 the remaining balance was $190 nope please DO NOT GO HERE THIS STORE MANAGER AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOW SCAMERS! AND VERY RUDE!
This is the biggest scam I’ve ever heard of I started an account in July of last year total for the furniture was close to $2,000 I’ve paid 1489 into my furniture currently I Called one day to check the balance and they told me they that I still owed 2,000 like I never made a payment so I knew I had to call corporate well I left a message and Jerry never returned my call so I called the store. Both associates that work at Buddys told me since I called corporate. They could no longer discuss my account with me and that I would have to wait to speak with the owner Jerry. They told me that he would be giving me a call back four days later I didn’t get that call so I called the store again they keep giving me the same story that he would give me a call back. Both associates claimed that they couldn’t discuss my account with me but told me that I owe owed only eight or $900 on the account. I got a call today saying that I owe $1600 on the account the amount they came up with was interest fees and late charges which we all know Buddys generates automatic text messages saying that your bill is due on one day and it’s really not there’s no way that I owe $1000 more until I am done paying for my Furniture. I will be going to court. Basically, they’re telling me I’ve only paid three to $400 on my Furniture Since July
Cody was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the perfect furniture and he was very knowledgeable and I’m so glad to see that Trish is back as well. Such a great team!
If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They overcharge you without letting you know. And then when u call them out on it you DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. And they add things on your bill that you never had. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! not to mention the employees are rude!!!!!! This place shouldn't even be in business. I hate dealing with the two ladies they are the rudest people you will ever deal with.
The manager Trishe Hailey needs to be fired for how she speaks to people. As well as for not being able to explain or provide information asked for. Very disrespectful overcharging. Bad managers like this run a store into the ground.
