Very prejudice and rude! Do not rent from this location! They have been reported to the BBB! They chose not to rent because the color of our skin, stated our “kind” wasn’t welcome. The lady claimed she was the general manager and could do what she please.

Very rude and disrespectful. You get told different things from the 2 of them. I have a washer from there. Was told by Keila pay off is $125 with the 25% off. Call to make payment $125 and Shauna says still $52 owed. Of course Keila wasn't there when I made payment and Shauna couldn't tell me until after I made payment. The $$ is not the problem its the lies, different storys, and disrespect that gets to me...This place is an absolute joke. Do not recommend anyone to do business with them. I have gotten many things from here and paid them out. So this is not the only time I have had a issue with this place. Just my stupidity for going back. This is the straw that broke the camels back though. Wish I could give less stars. This place is TRASH.

Shawna is rude and disrespectful. She does not need to be answering the phone the way that she does and bringing past personal information into our conversations. The and “mmhm” needs to be addressed. A training class on customer service needs to be a mandatory and not voluntary because she needs a refresher.
