Very satisfied, went in the store and didn’t have a problem with finding what I want .The employee was very helpful.the delivery guys did a great job. Put every thing in place just how I wanted .

Had to call and find out delivery date & time after lady told me she would call me the same day but never did. The day of delivery they never came or called, I called and was told they didn’t have any drivers until Friday but was supposed to deliver Tuesday. I have removed my old beds anticipating delivery and my family does not have anything to sleep due to this. Had they called we would have not moved anything.

Travis and D. Both did an excellent job on the delivery! The furniture along with the washer and dryer machine etc is top quality. He's been doing a really good job and keeping customers satisfied. I'll definitely be shopping from their merchandise. Keep up the great work!!!

They're all very professional and What they did for me was in my opinion above and beyond , because they didn't have to Do this, but I had surgery. And I'm having trouble right now getting myself back together, but they special order something for me, and they made sure they call me told me and Let me know so I can get it.I will never go anywhere to purchase Any products that I want? Buddies is the right thing for me and I'm so grateful.

Lw and Travis did an excellent job with their delivery! My sales person Sabrina wasnt as promising as she made it seem inside the store! One of my items wasnt up to standard so I had to send it back to be refurbished since as she stated she didn’t have the time! I look forward to paying of my items! In store customer service she be more direct with expectations and conditions of merchandise! If I didn’t want to spend the money I would not have chose Buddy’s To furnish my new home
