Buddy’s was honestly a great company in the beginning, and I never had an issue with them until Tammy became involved. Ever since then, the entire experience has turned disgusting, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Tammy does not know how to speak to customers with basic respect or decency. Every phone call from her is aggressive, harassing, demanding, and belittling. She talks down to people like they are children, cuts you off while you’re speaking, raises her voice, and carries herself with an attitude that is beyond rude. It’s honestly shocking that someone with her behavior is allowed to represent a company and interact with customers. Mind you, I have NEVER been someone constantly missing payments or causing problems. I have never been more than one payment late, yet Tammy speaks to customers as if they are beneath her and deserving of disrespect. A payment issue does NOT give anyone the right to harass, demean, or verbally disrespect people over the phone. What makes it worse is that instead of correcting her disgusting attitude, the company allows it. Then they wonder why customers no longer want to do business with them. Nobody wants to continue supporting a company where they are constantly spoken to with hostility and treated like trash by management. I would strongly encourage anybody considering Buddy’s to save themselves the stress and go somewhere else like Rent-A-Center, where customer service is actually professional and respectful. Tammy alone has completely ruined this company for me. And like I already told the corporate office: if Tammy continues calling my phone speaking to me in that disrespectful and degrading manner, I will continue filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and warning other people about her behavior. I will never do business with this company again solely because of Tammy and the disgusting way she treats customers.

Gauge and Quan, both helped me with getting my furniture delivered and were very helpful!!! Tammy was amazing we had small issue because my entry way is smaller but the team in general made sure I was able to find a new couch gave me the same price. And it fits so comfortably in my new apartment this has been the best experience so far.

This store is amazing! Tammy and her staff are absolutely the best. The delivery went smoothly and without a hitch. Gabe and Quan made sure everything was placed with care. I will return! (Bedroom photo is of the rug).
