I would love to thank buddy’s Home Furnishing they have great customer service they took care of me from where I was calling him over the phone. There are two delivery drivers that were here to deliver by chest freezer were Great and their customer service within info were very well done they make sure it was plugged in, but where I needed it at they explained everything to me told me what they were doing and I didn’t have any problems with anything that we needed so so if you need any furniture or appliances look buddies up, they’re good to have and they’re very well rated in customer service. I enjoy every bit of it thank y’all and plus like I said, Robert took care of everything over the phone and I had no problems.

Zero stars is more suitable. The manager Robert will cancel the entire order within hours of placing it. They took forever to call me back claiming they were having computer issues then cancel my order because they didn’t get a call back immediately. Mind you they cancel it after they take a payment of course. This location is an epic waste of time and the laziness is disgusting.

It’s ridiculous that they call 4 people as references when u provide all details everybody don’t need to know ur business if u have lease proper info etc that dumb rule

HORRIBLE!!! Rather than manager ROBERT and agent JULIA communicating they refused to deliver my washer and dryer that was PAID for to get delivered. They will take your money THEN ask for verification that is extremely BACKWARDS! I would never EVER recommend someone renting from them all they want is your MONEY!!!

Doing business is always nerve racking when you are not sure about a company but after finding out about Buddy’s I must admit I’m very happy Robert was most professional and Julia was very helpful … I will shop with them again !!! Thanks for answering all questions!! And the delivery men top tier very courteous and helpful !!
