Do Not Waste Your Time coming to this Establishment. Workers are Rude. The Diamond Elite Club is a Sham. They don't Keep their Word. They don't allow returns. Over Priced and Limited Items.

They suck and rude and think they say hard and scream at me and my gf till I screamed back Tracy is very unprofessional they all suck
Very friendly, until they aren't. I have been a person of contact for a friend who has leased furniture here. I get rude voicemails when they are even half a day late on payment, a payment that totals 22 dollars a week. They border on badmouthing the person, almost a tactic to embarrass them. I have heard one of the employees literally scream at him on the phone, threaten to come to their home knowing they weren't there and reposess the items. I would say regardless of any circumstances, this seems very unprofessional. People fall behind, sometimes it happens, but to represent a company and use that position to call names like a child, insult and threaten is a bit much. I would say if you were in a position to need rental items Aaron's would be a better option
