Horrible customer service. Mike is extremely disrespectful and rude. They also brought us a fridge out with seals broken, shelves missing and full of mold and rat feces. The dryer that was brought out would not dry clothing. The couch and recliner was used and caused everyone to break out and itch to the point of causing bruises on our skin. The whole experience with this location has been horrible. Even after expressing the need to return all items we were threatened with small claims court.

The furniture was so nasty. I understand most was repossessed but it should have went to the trash and not on the Showroom floor. While looking at a bed, a German coacroach ran across the mattress. However, the sales guy apologized remained very professional and I could tell he was embarrassed. He did a great job considering what they have to offer. The Showroom could use an entire revamp. The people of Jasper deserve a better presentation.
