Customer reviews
I have been using Buddy’s for a few years now and have never had an issue. Marissa takes great care of her customers and goes above and beyond for them as well.
Buddys has been absolutely amazing to me and my family very very helpful in every way great quality furniture and super friendly !!!
JD was very helpful and polite, was able to get my bill paid off and he helped me set up my laptop I got.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience since this rental company merged with another location. Communication has gone downhill, and dealing with management has been especially frustrating. During my most recent call, I was simply trying to make a payment and ask about setting up autopay in a way I felt comfortable with. Instead of being helpful, the general manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke in a condescending tone throughout the conversation. When I explained my preference to handle things online or by email, she questioned me in a sarcastic way, I then told her no worries I will handle it myself, she then actually snickered said okay and hung up on me. I understand policies and limitations, but basic professionalism and respect shouldn’t be too much to expect. This interaction left a really negative impression, and I hope the company takes customer service more seriously moving forward.
