I’ve had a very disappointing experience since this rental company merged with another location. Communication has gone downhill, and dealing with management has been especially frustrating. During my most recent call, I was simply trying to make a payment and ask about setting up autopay in a way I felt comfortable with. Instead of being helpful, the general manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke in a condescending tone throughout the conversation. When I explained my preference to handle things online or by email, she questioned me in a sarcastic way, I then told her no worries I will handle it myself, she then actually snickered said okay and hung up on me. I understand policies and limitations, but basic professionalism and respect shouldn’t be too much to expect. This interaction left a really negative impression, and I hope the company takes customer service more seriously moving forward.
