If I could give 0 stars I would me and my boyfriend a few months ago went and got a PlayStation happy as could be great costumer service AT FIRST! Well on March 10th I went in to pay the rest of the PlayStation off because I got my tax return and wanted to get it done and over with ever since then they continually keep charging my card without permission saying the computer is broken and they will fix it well it’s been over a month now and still they are charging me when I already paid the whole thing off complete rip off if I was u I would go anywhere else but here

I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Buddy’s Home Furnishings. My experience has been extremely concerning and unprofessional. After requesting that the furniture be picked up, the company continued contacting me repeatedly despite being told to stop. There have now been multiple unwanted calls and messages, which I consider harassment. During these interactions, representatives were disrespectful, called me names, and made threatening or aggressive remarks instead of resolving the situation. What is even more troubling is that these repeated communications appear to violate Florida Statute 559.72, which prohibits harassment, abuse, and repeated communication intended to harass someone regarding a debt. I have documented six separate instances where these protections appear to have been ignored. Furthermore, this also violates Florida Statute 817.61, which prohibits a business from using a customers credit card without clearly expressed consent, which I never gave them. I have also repeatedly asked for the furniture to be picked up, yet the company refuses to schedule a pickup while continuing to contact me. Consumers deserve to be treated with respect and for businesses to follow Florida law. I will be pursuing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies if this behavior continues. Proceed with caution if you value professionalism and lawful business practices.

The General Manager Shaun Davis was absolutely amazing. So easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when it came to his inventory. He is exactly how one should be as a general manager. I look forward to continue doing business in the future!.

I have dealt with Buddies for years and as always never have had an issue, if so it was handled fast and corrected, their staff and management at the Cocoa fl location starting with Ryan as the lead of the store, he is a great asset to this company and always delivers me satisfaction, thank you Ryan & staff

Shaun and his team are THE BEST!!! Always accommodating and real, down to Earth humans. Understanding and compassionate! Always willing to work with you and make things work FOR you! Open communication is key! LOVE our Cocoa Buddy’s!!! 🩷

The guys were great at delivery, in store experience was fast, easy and well informed, over all really great experience
