I’ve been purchasing stuff from this location for about 9 years. Always have been courteous. Have been willing to work with u as long as you communicate, as much as they can at least. Have always had what I am looking for. I will continue getting things I need from this location.

Staff was polite but if I could give 0 stars I would. i placed an order for furniture back in early February and was advised that the first week of march id have the furniture delivered. I call back because we were coming up on the 2nd week of march i never got notified of an update or anything and got advised I’d have to be called back because Kareem was the only person who had access to see when the furniture would be delivered but he wasn’t in. I never received a call back. called In again and was advised he wasn’t there. He’d call back the next day he didn’t call me at all I called back and then he called back and left a voice mail. I call again and get notified well the order was delayed so you’d have it by March 19th - 21st at the latest. After i advised the lady that is not what was told me to nor was that communicated. It’s ridiculous because i have to reach out to get these updates. I understand things happen but the communication is very poor. If it’s like this now I’d hate to see what it would be like if we actually did do business. Kareem finally called back and left a voice mail after i told them to just cancel it. I call today and it’s the same thing Kareem is gone and no one has answers or anything.
I’m not here to talk about this establishment but they been harassing me about payments for a tv that went out on me a few time .. When I addressed the issue the employee told me that I was lying about the situation.. Like I said I’m not to here to take any credit from this business but paying on a tv that went out on me a few times is beyond normal..
