This place should be shut down or at least Under New Management let me tell you about my experience as a new resident in South Carolina from Maryland I need an application online first from the comfortability of my home these folks didn't even process the application and took my money for the deposit which I still haven't gotten back to this day then I went in to the store 17 miles away from my home with no vehicle I was forced to do a new application after Zaymain Shuler (Customer Account Manager) explain to me that they didn't even bother to secure the items that I placed in a deposit on and gave them away to someone else I kept my composure sat there and did a whole new application then they turn around and pulled the same stunt didn't reach out to me again didn't process my application and then stop answering the store phone for me then when they find out it's me calling about my application they hang up on me or put me on hold for 20 minutes then hang up and not answer the phone their top manager is the worst these folks are lazy in the store I witnessed them doing little to no work and talking crap about customers they even mistaken me for somebody else and gave me their information these are not professional people these are people who come in for a paycheck and don't want to do no work please beware

My new fridge was damaged when it arrived it looks like a fork lift damaged it or a very tight strap when it was transported . Driver said he didn’t even notice it .

I bought a washer and dryer and before I even finished paying for it the dryer kept going out I had to keep getting it fix they keep calling about payment but gave me a mess up dryer I will never buy anything from them again I have to go and buy another dryer after paying them all my money for a year just to spend more money
