In the video, she emphasizes the lack of professionalism from the general manager and the lack of empathy from the regional manager of this location. She also emphasized that extermination services were not provided in which she had to cover expenses out of pocket. The regional manager refused to reimburse her for the second extermination fee. She recorded the tone of the regional manager stating that basically the customer should know the protocol. The video also showed dead roaches in the washers. I am a Diamond or Gold Star Customer, my a/c went out, the amount of B/S to get air is ridiculous. So you gonna give me the run around, I can stop doing business, you wont have a job if the ones that always pay, leave.

My experience at Aaron's in Orangeburg was good. General manager Victoria was very helpful and explained everything to me, she even help me with a part I was needing for my stove.Front desk staff was very friendly. I can say this visit there was great this time.

Let me first just say, Today was a wonderful day. God is great and God is good. Me and my father walked into Aaron’s furniture store already knowing what I wanted and what I needed. I was greeted by Ms. Tyra and her Regional Manager. My father and I asked Ms. Tyra did they have any dryers specifically a Samsung? Lord behold there was only one 1 left, however I did not want to lease it I wanted to buy it out with using cash. Ms.Tyra honestly went over and beyond to get me the best cash value of the dryer that I was pleased with, along with her regional Manager. They both provided me the best affordable price that I certainly could not turn down. It felt great to feel valued. They both definitely exceeded my expectations. I was there no more than minutes. The professionalism superb . I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. It was as easy as 123. Thank you both for the great experience . It’s great to see that there are still great people out there. Thank you Ms Tyra!

I recently just moved back to Orangeburg from Newberry and started college today. I talked to a wonderful lady named Tyra that was eager and made sure I had everything I needed. I did tell her that I just moved and have not received my id that has my updated address yet in the mail but I have all updated documentated information for proof. I arrived at the store and Tyra greeted me warmly and stopped what she was doing to help me. She was stopped by two women that said she couldn’t help me because she was on lunch. Where she explained that she knew I was coming. A blonde lady rudely came up to her and told her she couldn’t work while she was on lunch and said I will take it from here and proceeded to tell me that I was not available to get my merchandise today or get it delivered even though I had my light bill giving my correct address I registered with. I explained to her my updated id hasn’t came in the mail yet. Then she proceeded to tell me that SC doesn’t send drivers license through the mail you have to go get it. You can clearly see on the DMV website that it takes 10 to 15 days to process to be SENT in the mail. She told me policy we can’t deliver or let you have your merchandise without the address matching so when you get your id corrected you can have your laptop! I assume she was the manager. That was my means of getting what I needed due to hardships and recently moving. So i have to find a way to get my first day of school work done at the last minute. By opinion Aaron’s of Orangeburg should give Tyra her job!
