Facility is ran by children. Had a complete order to be delivered, completed first payment & completed verification process. Online it stated that someone would contact me within 3 days of applying to set up delivery. 9 days went by and no one called me, emailed .. nothing. I call the store to just cancel the order because I’m not doing business with unprofessional slobs. I’m telling the girl to cancel the order because I see a payment is going to be drafted out tomorrow, as I have the email to prove that. She’s stating over and over “I don’t see an agreement and nothing should be drafted” but, my card is online on autopay and I can clearly see that a payment was preparing to be drafted. While we were on the phone, I refreshed the page and then I was able to see the agreement had been cancelled and I was finally able to remove my card. Instead of just being honest and stating “I’m cancelling your agreement now” she wanted to continue on with the lie. The agreement was being cancelled due to them not servicing the area I live in, which is FINE. but, why hadn’t no one called and let me know BEFORE I had to call them?? Ridiculous.

The store was very clean and inviting. The employees were attentive and helpful, but didn't give a i looked around. It was an enjoyable song event.

I bought a couch set, great price and in like new condition, Cordell was excellent, he handles business and if anyone has a problem with him, they are the problem. When i need to buy anything else, i will go see Cordell first.
