So I was renting almost 400$ dollars a month worth of items and from something out of my control my TV's were damaged I did as they wanted took them the police report and after I gave them that I refused to pay for the broken items and they double my rent agreement I asked them to come get everything so they did and the manager at soddy Daisy store called me for refusing to keep the broken TV's and talked horrible to me and told me he was going to have the police to come to my job and serve me I hung up and the next day I let my boss know that the police maybe coming to my job (they never did) so I got home from work and what did I see the broken TV's on my porch my grandson happened to be home and recorded him. These people are horrible people and I have asked several times for their bosses contact or someone higher than him and I was told I didn't need it and I still don't have it I wish I did something needs to be done about this place called a business

Went in this am Samuel martz helped find the bed I wanted ,took care of order done in less than half an hour super nice guy
They are every friendly and Willing to help They delivered and set up and they even made sure the washing machine works before they left and I’m every happy with it and it works great

The staff at the Soddy-daisy store is super helpful and have a very friendly and courteous attitude. Another store had all but turned me against the company but this store brought me back. I will definitely keep doing business with this store in the future
