The store manager Mr. Tyrone @7th street location was awesome. And he really will make sure to accommodate your needs in what you really want. If they don’t have it at the time he’ll make sure you get it. Really awesome people there.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Louisville store. Charlie the manager was unrealistic given 72 hours to pick up Merchandise. We rented from Elizabethtown, they closed the store, and the service in Louisville is deplorable. Shawn at the Etown store was professional, reasonable, and and accommodated his customers. It is not the customers fault that the etown store closed, and Louisville cant get drivers out to Hodgenville to pick up merchandise. Per Charlie both Lville stores are sharing drivers. Again not my problem. I would never recommend using the Louisville stores. The unprofessional actions of the "manager" are inexcusable.

Ain't this some bullshit!!!!!!! How you gonna deliver my bedroom set on Friday.....set everything up....but then not screw it all the way in. Now I got left over unopened screws on my nightstand and now I gotta wait to be able to sleep in my damn bed .....all because one of the drivers wanted to cut corners and half ass his job and then lie about bringing back what he told me.yea.....This might be my first and last time renting from yall.
