So I can speak for all location but the store in etown is something else we got a stove from them and have made our payments last month money ran tight and we missed a payment and made it up a week and a half later and made a payment arangment in another 2 weeks to get everything completely caught back up. Got a call tonight telling me I was 2 payments past due and I either needed to make another payment or they would be coming to get their product after explain to the manager the agreement that was made he stated they had no record of that conversation and that my account was set up on a weekly payment. My payments have never been weekly as I have never had a job that I get paid weekly. I was told i had 15 days from the due date to make the payment buy the first lady I spoke with today is the 6th day past the due date the manager I spoke with told me no its 3 days on a weekly again I didn't pay weekly. And its never been 15 days. My wife is currently on the phone trying to figure out how we went from his claim of us being 2 payments behind to us actually being 6 days behind on what we where told we had a 15 day period to get it caught up and they keep putting her on hold and not letting her talk to a manager now. STAY CLEAR!!!!

There's a lesson to this story concerning the Elizabethtown location; Don't jack ur retail prices sky high or you too will meet the demise just like the one in Elizabethtown; Btw, a LoveSeat & Couch Set isn't Worth $3,000

I went to Buddy's because I saw some bedroom furniture I just had to have. From the moment I walked thru the door I felt very welcome. Everyone at Buddy's is so friendly and helpful. They are very patient with any questions or concerns I have. A hugh thanks to Elena, Charlie, and Alexis! Keep up the good work!

I must say Ivanna went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Her patience was beyond my expectations. I am truly pleased with the time she took and still is to make sure that I was completely satisfied.

Overall experience was pretty okay Elena is super helpful and super awesome definitely ask for her. She’s goes above and beyond for her people. She’s super quick with her response and very honest. So sweet. I left one star out due to a experience with the store manager, as he was extremely unprofessional, he didn’t feel that asking his associates what the “ notations” on the account meant, instead he took it word for word and added things I didn’t even say. All could’ve been avoided with a brief hold to have a quick conversation with the associate who notated my account . Mind you I was charged three different times after calling four different times back to back each time I was charged. Initially, the account was notated to be paid in cash because I didn’t have the funds on a card that week . Instead, I had to pay $388 in overdraft fees with my bank .
