Whatever woman yall have running this store needs to be fired for the way she wants to talk to people , I really wanted to return everything because of how bad her attitude is. Also, I had made my last payment and the automated system wants to update a week later saying that I still owe 20 bucks and I don’t understand how. she’s blowing my phone up every single day constantly threatening to take further action over $20 that she then added interest on . Talking about an automated system cannot do final payment so why have the automated system show me my final payment if it’s not going to accept it and I still owe money? I never wanna do business with them again and if you are looking to do business go put your money somewhere else instead of this company. And the thing is I took a scratched up couch that was suppose to be brand new and everything and she still had a bad ass attitude.

That lady Roseanne Jones is very disgusting person I ever talk to in my life because like why is you in the community talking to people all messed up like that I couldn’t even get a word out. My sister had to literally cuss this lady out in the background, and then on top of that, I tried to stay professional. She insisted on talking all over you and then on top of it she keep asking for money and I just from March 3 just receive my bed like three weeks later or two weeks later however the lady is very unprofessional and unlike everybody’s saying like she’s threatening you that corporate is not gonna do anything it’s gonna come back to her and etc., etc. that lady is very disgusting like nobody wants no furniture and people is literally trying to pay their bills or whatever online or however I’m calling the store the minions she got needs to be fired as well because who allowed some lady y’all need a job that freaking bad that you’re really not standing up for nothing. Nobody stand for like is disgusting. The whole story being discussed and this is not my first time dealing with this store. This store needs to be literally shut down like it’s crazy how she was just talking like she don’t listen. Try to talk over you telling you that you did this and this contract is that girl you didn’t even under the contract or anything you gave me two pieces of furniture with a mattress and they’re trying to explain to me where a bedroom set is this is not my first bedroom set, sweetie.

The lady manager here has a very disgusting attitude and will not care how you feel about it. She comes off very sweet, but eventually the attitude gets worse. She also will tell you that there is nobody to call on her because its HER store, though I know that there is someone to call she's just not going t provide you with the info. The same lady that EVERYONE in these reviews has been referring to over the YEARS is the same one I am referring to. I never got the opportunity to fully rent, I asked for a refund because I couldn't align myself with the way she talks to people. I'm not sure if anyone is saying anything to her regarding this matter being that her actions are all over these reviews, but I will be making sure I share my experience as much as possible because she was JUST THAT RUDE!

Oh wow, I wish I would’ve read the comments first. The manager (lady) is a very rude and nasty individual. She also took my money, and on the day of deliver refunded it because of her own personal issues. She got on the phone argued and cursed me and when I tried to speak with someone who is over her, they were unreachable.

The manager is rarely at the store. The people working can't do anything without her. I bought a bed 2 months ago and haven't received nor gotten a refund. I have tried for a week to get refunded and they refuse. They are saying it's verification but I've actually spent a full day ( the day they said they'll do verification) with one of my references and there was no call that came through.The store is very unstable. I see good reviews and I'm not seeing how. This is the 2nd attempt to get product from the store.
