Where do I start? I was a customer at this location. I spent over $3000 on merchandise from this store paid off every item that I got from them only to find out that they put in the system as a hard account where I can’t rent from Rent-A-Center again with this ridiculous these folks are unprofessional. They don’t care what they do to you. They don’t care how they talk to you they don’t care how they make you look when you’re spending your money to keep them in business. I had a previous issue with the disrespect from the store once before I wrote a review and I took Time this one will stay up it’s very unfair to a customer who spend that hard earned money into a store for merchandise and then you put the In the system as a hard account, I never ran off with nothing from this store. I paid for everything. It seems like somebody in the store has some type of animosity against me. Be careful who you shot with. Be careful what businesses and companies you spend your money with because at the end of the day they have the last so so they can do what they want to do and make you look like a non-paying customer talk to corporate about the situation they claim that they put it in the system and they can’t remove it. It’s kind of hard for me to believe that something can be placed in the system and can’t be removed. Secondly, why would you even Put something in the system against me when I am a paying customer and I paid off all my merchandise. It’s just a go to show you. That this is a very unprofessional place the people inside the people at customer service. Maybe the people who run it also because if anybody has some professionalism in them, these type of things would not be happening.
Delivery driver ty was awesome great timing and no hassle
Top 10!! For me they came and assembled my furniture well!! They went above and beyond! The whole team accommodated me so well!
They are very kind and have nice appliances, The delivery guy Ti was very respectable, handled my appliances with care and did his job, hooking my appliances up and making sure they worked properly, making sure the dryer heated up and making sure the water ran in the washer before he left. He was real kind.
I have been a long time customer at the Wesley Chapel location The company in my opinion carries good quality products. I have been dealing with Daniel since I became a customer at the Wesley Chapel location he has always been professional and very friendly and he goes out of his way to make things right. Here recently i had an issue with a new employee, and i have to Be honest Daniel and the manger of The store Q went out of their way to address and correct the issue. I would highly recommend the Wesley Chapel location.
I placed an order online, however, the online isn’t the most efficient way to order. I signed a lease agreement with RAC and everything. Come to find out the bed I selected wasn’t in rental condition. I’ve been waiting on a manager to call me since 1/4/2025. No call. The order was canceled and refunded without educating me on the next steps. Very poor customer service and communication skills. Also, I told the store manager that called to finish verifying my brother, that my brother was mentally disabled, he actually got very frustrated and it started to show through the call. I didn’t appreciate that at all. If you hate your job, please resign and find your passion. If you’re not here to help the customers please find something else to do. It’s really not that hard, seriously.
