I literally can't explain what happened. I put down a payment and received an agreement contract. The first payment was coming up the next Friday. They miss the delivery TWICE! Then say that they will be able to deliver the item but they wanted me to still make the first month payment. Mind you I still haven't received the product nor had confidence they would follow through. They said the best they could offer is to lower the complete cost which does not guarantee that I would have the item delivered. Today is Saturday and they cancelled the agreement. I am calling now to have my location changed and recommend that no-one shop at this location.

Worst place ever! Please don’t go here. Ordered a mattress for my mom on dialysis. Once we got the mattress my mom could tell that the mattress had springs sticking up in it. Informed mgmt right away and they ensured they would send another out. It never happened. Called Corporate they wasn’t any help. They told me I had to go thru the district manager. Talked to her and she was one of the most rudest persons I ever talked to. Didn’t care about what I needed….she ended up charging the mattress off and never gave a new one . Horrible management! Never again! I do believe in Karma that general manager will reap what she sowed one day.

Tony S. is awesome! I've had a series of events happen to me that have left my funds short and my tummy nearly empty so I was calling to see if I could trade my W/D out for a cheaper one (I got the LG set and it's incredible and I would've been sad to see it go). Thankfully he was a good listener because he instead offered me alternatives that would help with my monthly AND I can keep my fancy schmancy W/D

Terrible store. !!!! Customer service Sucks !!!!! O out of 10 .They take your money and give you a rental agreement but don’t deliver your stuff. They said they called my landlord to verify and he didn’t answer very untruthful people . And I took off work to get my delivery and wasn’t going to call me either. Don’t Shop Here !!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They gave me the run around what is need to verify my head of household. I was told different over the phone and when I get to the store they changed what they needed. Did not clearly lay out the options I had until after the refeund was issued. It seems the manager was upset and begin to get short with me but asking me do I want cooperate number.
