I have been a long time customer at the Wesley Chapel location The company in my opinion carries good quality products. I have been dealing with Daniel since I became a customer at the Wesley Chapel location he has always been professional and very friendly and he goes out of his way to make things right. Here recently i had an issue with a new employee, and i have to Be honest Daniel and the manger of The store Q went out of their way to address and correct the issue. I would highly recommend the Wesley Chapel location.
I placed an order online, however, the online isn’t the most efficient way to order. I signed a lease agreement with RAC and everything. Come to find out the bed I selected wasn’t in rental condition. I’ve been waiting on a manager to call me since 1/4/2025. No call. The order was canceled and refunded without educating me on the next steps. Very poor customer service and communication skills. Also, I told the store manager that called to finish verifying my brother, that my brother was mentally disabled, he actually got very frustrated and it started to show through the call. I didn’t appreciate that at all. If you hate your job, please resign and find your passion. If you’re not here to help the customers please find something else to do. It’s really not that hard, seriously.
Ordered this originally as a used set to get a discount however , they had called the store who had it and found that it had been in a house fire (why are you selling house fire damaged merchandise) first red flag . Then I was told I would have to order a new set and that it wouldn’t be delivered until after thanksgiving and spoke to the manager of the store Q which he was supposed to hold off on the agreement and place it on Friday so I wouldn’t get charged for merchandise I didn’t have or wouldn’t have . I WAS STILL CHARGED AND HAD TO WAIT FOR A REFUND FOR ITEMS I HAD NO DELIERY DATE SET FOR . After speaking to the assistant manager she re funded me and told me I still had to wait until Tuesday for delivery . Never was told that I had to be there the day of delivery to sign off on merchandise. I had text saying eta for delivery was between 1-3 pm . Stayed home late for work and still had not had an update . Once I got to work at 5:30 I get a call from the driver stating he was in route and was I home . I informed him I was at work and had waiting to which he replied to let me know he was short handed and was behind on delivery. I told him I was a T work but someone was home .he explained I had to be there . I called the store immediately to see if I could have the items delivered or if they could have done anything because of the piss poor service I had previously received. Q did not want to get in the phone because he said he was talking to a customer . I guess we just mis handle new customers and continue on. Very disappointed. Went to Columbia drive instead with Shakethia to handle any further business . Your not of concern if Q has other customers ,, even if you were a customer before them 🤦🏾♀️
Danielle was easy to work with. I came in and give her all the information she needed. My products was new and was delivered when expected. I had no issues at all. You'll need to go train the staff at the columbia drive location ASAP.
This store is very unorganized. I texted for hours with an associate maybe it was their customer service only for them to tell me I was good they took all my information and even gave me a delivery date ONLY for them never to call me days later to even let me know I had to give them ALL THE INFORMATION OVER AGAIN. Saying it was still paperwork to complete even after I already signed my agreement through docu sign. I called two times and was told they would give me a call back only to have to call a third time and be told I would have to do it all over. Like y’all wasted a week of my time. That’s a red flag best choice was to cancel my order and keep it moving.
