I am writing this review because I ordered a bed room set from them and there was some damage from shipping on my head board. I have been trying almost a year now to get them to replace it. They keep telling me that they could not get ahold of me when it came in but what's funny is they will call and blow up my text messages before and when payment is due but when it came in they wont hardly try to contact you. I just want my headboard replaced from when I first got it new. They have my number and I work in a secured area so I do not have my phone all day long. All they have to do is text me about it. I have messaged them almost every day about it for weeks and April keeps telling me she has not heard anything. Well jump through hoops to make this right... Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Does good business, and fixed us up the same day on a product that was a last minute emergency need.

Literally one of the best places to go to get whatever you need the staff is amazing everybody from the general manager on the line I’ll never cheat on them they are my go to for all my needs prices are reasonable and they do understand things happen… go shop you won’t be disappointed

We needed a washer and dryer. We went and seen Jason at the Athens store. He took his time and listened to both my husband and I on what we was looking for answered all of questions. Even questions are 5 year old ask. Lol. When they was delivered, delivery guy was very respectful and sweet. He didn't ignore our child's or dog. He greeted them as well. Had an issue with our dryer, called Renee and she sent a new one straight out to our home. We went and ordered new mattress, once again Jason took him time and explained the difference in the mattress with us. He listened to us about my husband back pain and my hip pain. He helped us pick the right mattress for both my husband and my needs. Renee was supper helpful with getting our mattress ordered. We also purchased a living room set. Jason and Renee was both very helpful with their input of what would work best for our family. We have a special needs dog , they took that in to consideration when helping us decide which one to choose. They didn't push us to buy, like most places/ people do. We will definitely recommend and send our friends to see Jason and Renee at the Athens and Huntsville locations. Supper NICE and RESPECTFUL, as always. They treat us like family.
