My experience with very wonderful John and Gladys were amazing they help me get a refrigerator for my daughter ASAP as same day delivery and we're very polite and quick about it I will highly recommend going there and ask for John or Gladys they are extremely extremely friendly and supportive and every way and made my experience very pleasurable even in an emergency situation. Made me stop even set me through the process of emails and doing my online application. Thank you buddies for helping us both out today

I have been dealing with buddies for years and have but good things to say about pretty much everyone I have delt with the guys in Kenhorst are great and I won't go anywhere else for my furniture needs I tell everyone to go there thanks for many years of great service

Evelyn was so nice and was easy doing everything over the phone. I also found out that Angie works there and she is awesome!!! Waiting for the delivery in 2 days.

I have been a renter for a while now, I think it’s crazy that I have been texting someone to put it on autopay for a while now - so I don’t get charged the $10 fee for being a day late (which is crazy just for 1 day late) The person i’ve been texting no longer works there (how am i supposed to know???) I texted the place letting them know It was supposed to be on autopay months ago- the guy responded with “First of all-“ LOL, horrible. Some things are affordable but it’s not the greatest quality furniture for a home, so the fact that you’s are so quick to get the payment & charge $10 the next day as a fee, at least be nice & understanding to your customers. The guys there are always in a negative mood makes me not even want to make anymore purchases from there.

I got this beautiful sofa and loveseat from Buddy their services was the best services I got in a long time and best of all I didn’t even have to go into the store. Everything was there online and came here. Quick fast in a hurry. Thanks for making my house Become my home.
