We are now being harassed multiple times a day and being told they will charge what they want when they want without authorization. We have started recording phone calls due to the level of aggression and tone in these calls. We owe for the current month…we aren’t months behind. I bet they go to church every Sunday too and then treat people like garbage during the week. I can’t stress enough to not do business here. Save your money up and buy from a reputable business or on FB Marketplace. Also, don’t believe that whole nonsense about the Diamond Elite “club”. It’s a scam to get more money every month and there’s no way out of it so they are getting extra from us on top of these inflated payments. We have paid extra money for this “club” which I’m sure the owner just pockets for absolutely no benefit other than being treated like trash by this business. Document and record everything if you are treated poorly or harassed by the “boys” that work here. It’s obvious how they were raised….
Do not buy anything from this store , it all be pre lease and treat poorly, they treat customers bad and do a lot of field visits even if you a day late
I came in and got great customer service! They’re very helpful and gave fast and easy service.
manager refused to close my account after returning the product. Said parts were missing, but the guy they sent to pick up said item signed a paper saying that it was in perfect working order. Then proceeded to try to charge my card twice a week then every day. Upon calling the corporate office I found out that the item was never marked returned and that in October they had placed a 5k bedroom suite on my account without my consent or knowledge. This place is full of crooks and the Manager Ryan is the biggest one of them all.
My husband and I have used them for all our furniture and electronic needs for 6 years! We have never been disappointed! They have always been very friendly. Especially Jason and Dallas. They have always been very compassionate and caring, worked with us when we needed it. Been very personable we have always gotten along. We always choose to go to them for items we need cause we can trust anything we get is clean, brand new condition.
