Customer reviews
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is, by far, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will repeatedly contact you at work and at home if you fall even a little behind on payments. Then, once you’re caught up, they start calling over and over again trying to sell you more products. Their pricing is outrageous. A gaming console with a retail price of around $400 ended up costing us approximately $1,800 through their rent-to-own agreement. The total cost is incredibly excessive. To make matters worse, the employee who came to pick up the merchandise was unfriendly and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
***Exceptional Service*** On Sunday my freezer broke, so I called Buddy's on Monday morning. Daniel, made it possible for me to have a freezer rental within a few hours of placing my first call and explaining what I was looking for. My family is very grateful to Daniel too, because we didn't have food spoilage shortly after we did our monthly grocery shopping. Every time I called with questions, he answered the phone quickly and always with a helpful attitude. The delivery guys were very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions.
Shannan was amazing today. She was extremely patient calling other stores in our area to find the exact couch I wanted for my style and budget. I left with exactly what I wanted, and she even secured a delivery for me this Friday without notice. I feel like I made a new buddy in the process. Keep Shannan around!
Hands down some of the best business I’ve ever done! Incredible people love it here 🙌🏼 they’ll take care of all your furniture needs for sure!!!
NOT RECOMMENDED! Spreading the Word!!! I previously took down a post, in pics I thought the would work with me but to no avail. I have been doing business with Buddy's for over 10yrs in Sept. I rented a stove I wanted white they brought a black one October 6th I had them take it away they totally messed up my new floor (I have pics!! with dates!!) that was put in July they aren't working with me on this now there is an attorney getting involved
Excellent last-minute service from Buddy’s Home Furnishings! I reached out at the very last minute needing a king bedroom set, and the team at Buddy’s went above and beyond. They quickly arranged everything, delivered and installed the furniture the same day, and even included removal in the price — no hidden fees, no hassle. The set looks beautiful and the entire process was smooth and professional. I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Highly recommend Buddy’s Home Furnishings if you need quality furniture and outstanding customer service!
