***Exceptional Service*** On Sunday my freezer broke, so I called Buddy's on Monday morning. Daniel, made it possible for me to have a freezer rental within a few hours of placing my first call and explaining what I was looking for. My family is very grateful to Daniel too, because we didn't have food spoilage shortly after we did our monthly grocery shopping. Every time I called with questions, he answered the phone quickly and always with a helpful attitude. The delivery guys were very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions.

Shannan was amazing today. She was extremely patient calling other stores in our area to find the exact couch I wanted for my style and budget. I left with exactly what I wanted, and she even secured a delivery for me this Friday without notice. I feel like I made a new buddy in the process. Keep Shannan around!

NOT RECOMMENDED! Spreading the Word!!! I previously took down a post, in pics I thought the would work with me but to no avail. I have been doing business with Buddy's for over 10yrs in Sept. I rented a stove I wanted white they brought a black one October 6th I had them take it away they totally messed up my new floor (I have pics!! with dates!!) that was put in July they aren't working with me on this now there is an attorney getting involved
