I went in last minute found what I needed did the paperwork and the delivery guys were awesome for delivering last minute.

These guys are awesome. Tell them what your needs are and let them do the rest. They are not like other rental places. These guys actually care about people and will help you find what you need. If I could give more stars I would

Only reason I give 2 stars is because shedrick is amazing. However I don't appreciate the harassment of why I couldn't make one payment when I've been consistent on my monthly payments. Mrs. Trina basically wanted a explanation to why I couldn't pay today which I ended up paying because I just wanna end up paying off the s2 things I have and be completely done. When I asked her to please let me talk to shedrick she proceeded to say are you having a good day as she was mocking me and the slight hiccup in my payment she also proceeded when I asked repeatedly to speak to shedrick she hung up on me. Of course imma call back speak to shedrick make my payment and imma leave a review. Unacceptable I will be reporting to corporate because u don't know someone's financial status, health issues or other reasons. It definitely is not their business to demand a reason of why u couldn't pay on time and push u to make a full payment today.

First and foremost Trina was the BEST. I wouldn’t ever go back to any other rent to own place. Trina and Cedric work well as a team, and were very inviting. We laughed more than a little bit with those two. I and my husband both felt like this was the best of the few rent to own locations we went to. They did not have what I wanted but Trina got me something which was better! I would highly recommend going to buddy’s on Rancier. They were a bit short staffed but I will gladly send people I know to buy from them! Fort hood st location was more of a tense quiet and blah location and not one person greeted us. It’s been a little over a month and I’m still happy with my products!
