Megan Monroe will scream at you over the phone when you try to ask about your account, and threaten to "pull up" at your house. They'll give you the wrong thing, TWICE, and take no accountability. They'll put holes in your walls and walk off like nothing happened. The literal police are now involved because their "workers" like to scream, threaten, and harass you for asking a question. Theres multiple emails from her now and several calls afterwards. Really, she seemed upset that the assistant manager answered the phone when I called to ask about question.

Alvin is the greatest sales person, he's kind and very nice I wouldn't go no where else he's the best you want deal with thanks buddys good people

The general manager, Jose, creates an uncomfortable environment—he belittles staff and speaks to people rudely. As a customer, I also had concerns about inconsistent pricing/account totals I was given didn’t match what I was told before. I left frustrated and won’t be back. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

1 star I called today to get clarity on why payments were still coming out of my account when my card was not supposed to be on auto-draft. I was polite and simply trying to understand the billing. Instead of explaining anything, Meghan became rude and dismissive. Her tone was unprofessional, hostile, and unnecessary. I never had an issue paying my bill. I only wanted to know what was going on with my account. Instead of helping, she responded with attitude and even said she “gotta get paid,” which was completely uncalled for. Customer service matters. Respect matters. Because of her attitude and lack of professionalism, this business has now lost a customer. Other rental places like Rent-A-Center would never handle a situation like this. Meghan definitely needs retraining, because that behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. This is somebody else review from years ago and I see they still doing the same thing when people are calling and concerned and you greet them with your nastiness! They lost a customer, yall be careful renting from them they are nasty, Go to rent a center instead 🚩🚩🚩🚩 this is yall warning🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I am very happy with Buddy's. Today I actually went to Conns Home Plus, but I was turned down because I couldn't answer the security questions right for their application. Who remembers a phone number from 10 years ago or a license plate from a car they had in the past? So I went to Buddy's. They helped me get the furniture I needed. Very professional, awesome team, ready to help in anyway they can. I am passing the word, go to Buddy's, they will help you out and set you up in no time. I am very happy
