Very unprofessional conversation with the in store general manager Don to the point of having to hangup on him. No matter what the situation is or asking about a question of concern with ones account, having a professional mindset should always be into play when discussing the account with a active customer. I would not recommend this location if it was the last store on this earth 😳 smh 🤦 😑 ! BEWARE! RED FLAG!!!!!
The lady that works at this location needs to not answer phone or handle customers at all I have spoke to this lady on 3 different occasions and every time she has a horrible attitude. She speaks to people as if she’s annoyed with individuals calling and asking about anything. She is a horrible receptionist/ customer service representative whatever her title is they need to stop her from answering the phones. Everyone else at this location I’ve never had an issue with every time I call in and I get her on the phone. She has an attitude. Then when I stated. I’ll come in and talk to someone else, because her attitude is atrocious! She proceeded to have a condescending attitude, spoke poorly, and hung up the phone.
$600 brand new ps5 at GameStop or $1800 for the same ps5 here? Are yall really that obnoxious and greedy for taking peoples money!!STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! Better luck going to a pawn shop and putting it on layaway. This place is stupid!!!! The company needs to burn!

Monique and Donn are the best. I love Monique's customer service and how quickly she gets you whatever information you need on your account no wait times with her you get on the phone and off the phone but she is so pleasant with it and Donn is the man with the plan💯
Jason, at store 1405 S FORT HOOD ST STE B, KILLEEN, TEXAS, 76542, is truly an exceptional employee. He has helped with three of my purchases. He makes sure that I'm happy with what I have picked out and has even called the other stores to get what I need. Thank you so much Jason.
I normally go to the one on Rancier but they had found me some coffee tables that I had to pick up at Ft. Hood St. location which was not a problem. When I entered the Ft. Hood St. store the lady saw me come in, looked at me and then turned away to go to wherever she was going. I then had to wait approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I have never had this problem at Rancier location. I have seen them insanely busy and still greet us and ask us to give them a second and they will be able to help. Anyways, after the wait the gentleman kindly apologized and asked me to give him a minute as he had to pick up a call. As he was on the phone the lady came back from the back and still saw me there waiting and did absolutely nothing. This has been the second time I have gone to that store for a pick up and she has been needs to be either retrained on her rude Customer service or if she's unhappy being there....she needs to go because the service from her was horrible.
