Made down payment on furniture. Furniture was not ready for delivery. I requested go my down payment to be refunded. This happened in April 2026. The manager keeps telling me the refund has complete. It’s now June 2026 and still no refund. Check my bank no refund. I’m still getting texts from the company stating that I owe a monthly payment on furniture I never received. Manager is very unprofessional.

⭐ One Star Extremely disappointed with Buddies Home Furnishings. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest throughout the entire situation. I contacted them to come retrieve their property, which was already ripped and torn when I first got it. Instead of handling things respectfully, the manager falsely claimed I hadn’t made any payments and twisted my words — saying I demanded immediate pickup, which was never the case. I was calm and reasonable, yet they still made it difficult. The lack of integrity and customer service is why I’m leaving this one-star review. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Everything was pre-leased why idk
