Santana was so awesome, my experience there was great, I recommend asking for her..
My household fell into financial hardship around July, and even then we still made payments and extensions whenever we could. Instead of working with us respectfully, the general manager Frank consistently spoke to me with disrespect and zero empathy. Because of how rude he was, I began dealing with Princeton — who was just as unprofessional, if not worse. Both interactions felt hostile, and instead of offering solutions, they escalated situations and talked down to me repeatedly. Rosalyn was the only person in that store who treated me kindly. The most recent incident was the final straw. I told Frank that I understood a payment was needed and that if a return was scheduled, to please leave a door hanger instead of knocking because I work from home and can’t have my dogs going crazy and risk losing my job. He clearly didn’t care. A few hours later, Princeton called and told me to “do the right thing and return the item,” which we aren’t able to do at the moment. He then asked me if I “knew what a charge-off is” and what an “arbitration agreement is,” speaking to me as if I’m uneducated(this might be a hard pill for you to swallow Princeton but financially struggling does not mean someone is uneducated. You don’t know me or what I’m educated on).He even claimed that a judge would “rule in their favor,” which is absolutely not how court works. A judge hears both sides — no one can predetermine that outcome. For the record, I am not even the account holder — I’m a third-party user. So threatening me with court action is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If they want the product back, they should learn to be respectful from the start. But the managers hide behind phones and talk down to customers because they’ll never be able to handle confrontation face to face and making empty threats is unacceptable and very very unprofessional. Loan/credit card debt collectors are more professional than these people. Until Aaron’s addresses the behavior of their management team, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. And no payment will be made on the product. Why should I pay for disrespectful service I’d rather deal with the courts instead of these uneducated unethical people.

We will be taking our business elsewhere. We have been LOYAL customers and paid off several accounts but that means nothing. We communicated that we would be late and the circumstance on why! We have never really been late minus 2/3 times in the last few years. They came to the house twice, called every day multiple times a day and have ZERO understanding. Never again!!! They’re running off good loyal customers and apparently we aren’t the only ones based off of the reviews

The management is so rude and unprofessional about situations that can be better explained. It’s your job to make your customers feel welcomed and appreciated since they are the ones paying you to work there. We’re all dealing with things but one thing they can do is be respectful to the people that are paying for things out of your store to keep the business going. Horrible Management team! They need New Management.

I love Aarons, the furniture and items that you get from them are top notch. I’ve got 2 tvs, a ps5, a bed set, and a living room set, all of which are beautiful and comfortable. With virtually no credit check required, it also helps you build credit and a home at a reasonable cost. Video captured from my ps5 to the 75 inch tv.
I was delivered a nice new refrigerator from them received dents in it from delivery and this tops the cake for me I have handles for it but they are still new in plastic on top of my fridge because they didn’t send the hardware for it, it’s been 2 months and I still have a no handle fridge!! I’ve never had this kind of issue with Aaron’s until I move back to Killeen and had to deal with this one!
