Interest rates here should be illegal. You can be a good company with out charging twice the price and some change for an item... Buuuuut lets get to the furniture maffia point. These people will harass your cell phone to the point you would think its your ex begging for money ... Im talking more than four times a day cause your behind by one day. And continue this daily till you answer .. or call them back do your self a favor get the item you want "new" return it and get it for the "true" price of it cause its "used"... The manager is cool people though most of the time !

Roy and the staff there are amazing. Was a customer there for over 6 years off and on. They work with you as much as they can and always super friendly. Definitely recommend this rent a center.

Rent a center has helped me bring my Mobile home to life!!! When I came in for the first time the customer service was amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the delivery guys were awesome and made sure that everything was operating before he left.Elena and Roy are always checking in to see if I need anything for my home and absolutely love it. I feels good paying off my items because every better going in to see what they have that I could use. Roy is one of my favorites and I absolutely love him ❤️🫂. No one can make me change my mind about rent a center 💪🏾thank you guys I will be returning soon ❤️ I just got a VR set and a HP laptop and they are amazing !! 🥲 Thank you 🙏

I want to start by saying what you see online will not be what you pay. Pay attention to your contracts people when you go inside or if you talk to them over the phone, they will tell you something different than what you signed up for online I signed up for a contract that says $29.99 +3 fees that were three dollar each for a 86 inch TV however even though online says you only pay $10 and it can be delivered to you. The store will ask for $150 saying that it’s a three weeks payment which that is incorrect. I don’t know what their policy is but I wouldn’t trust that whatsoever they talk to you OK they’re not terribly disrespectful, but if you’re looking for a honest company when it comes to what the requirements are for their rent to own property if this is not the company I recommend going to buddys or aarons

I had been a previous customer over some time ago. I have paid off things and had some things picked up. Regardless this is what this type of business should be used to. All last week a lady called me to come in to see if I needed any merchandise. I didn't but since they kept calling I figured I would go by and look. I finally went in Thursday but got a deep embarrassment. She was showing me a few things that I was asking about when all of a sudden I heard Roy say out loud very rudely, I know you so I kept talking to the lady. Next he said "Rhonda you know your stuff was turned in late. Mind you there was a customer standing there at the counter. I told him they picked it up late and back n forth he went with me and even came and looked to see what the lady and I was looking up in the computer just to say well we did pick it up but it was still late. He left his customer at his register just to come and take over my conversation to try and prove a point that something was late.. after that I told her thank you and walked out. I will never go back there. He is out of line. They called me to come shop there only to walk into a trap of embarrassment with Roy. They didn't have hardly nothing decent anyway. Everything was dirty and dusty but that's a reason to treat people with respect especially when they took the time to call me several times. I hope this message goes to the right people and Roy as well. There is a way to treat customers. We are the reason you are there Roy. Thank you
