I had an issue with the item i purchased. I had made payments for about a year. After stating my issue i received an email from the manager wanting to resolve the issue. We were able to come up with the perfect agreement. Thank you so much, it was very appreciated. I actually felt heard for once by a company. That doesnt happen these days. Thank you
If I could give no stars for the experience I have had with this store I would. I don't like giving negative reviews but after the experience I had with the store today I will make sure I leave a negative review on every platform. My family came behind on payments but we always made sure we brought the account current. Always made sure to explain the situation. Originally we were not going to go with the bed set, and Renee who is the manager came out and was rude and kept pushing for us to get it. We ended up coming back because our bed frame broke, and no where else had the type of bed set we were wanting. This week we ended up short on my paycheck and needed to have an extension. Would have been able to pay the account current on 10/28. I called them the day before the payment would draft. As a couple other people have said you have no choice but to put it on auto pay even if you need to pay with cash. The last payment we made the week prior, Renee told my husband that they would not accept anymore payments from us unless we put the account on autopsy. So today I call as they said they would not give an extension so we would have to call to set up a pick up date. Worked out, because we are now going with another company. Much cheaper. I called today and spoke to Quevis. I told him I was available Wednesday at 5 pm. His response was that they couldn't do it due to staff issue, and that they could do it Monday or Tuesday. I told him that was not an option, they could pick up Wednesday at 5 or Thursday in the morning. I work from home. He made a sparky remark to the manager about how I said it wasn't an option. Came back saying they could do Thursday at 11. I then asked for his name because I was going to call corporate about his unprofessional service and the sparky remark. He proceed to tell me his name, spelled it out and said "make sure you spell it right ight ". Do not rent from Rent A Center, maybe its just this store but I would rent with Buddies. Much better customer service, fantastic employees. They do not require you to put your account on auto pay and are much more reasonable when life happens.
Let me tell you about Rent a center they are a blessing to me and my family ... When my A/C went out in our home i had to get a A/c window unit just till í got mine fixed a week or two .. And they worked so hard to help me due to my kids needing A/C cause they can't be i the heat and use oxygen machines at night yes a God sent... Thank you everyone for being a blessing we are truly greatful.. I have used rent a center before and yes also a great service and product.. Love y'all bunches .. Thank you once again..
