I had an issue with the item i purchased. I had made payments for about a year. After stating my issue i received an email from the manager wanting to resolve the issue. We were able to come up with the perfect agreement. Thank you so much, it was very appreciated. I actually felt heard for once by a company. That doesnt happen these days. Thank you

Let me tell you about Rent a center they are a blessing to me and my family ... When my A/C went out in our home i had to get a A/c window unit just till í got mine fixed a week or two .. And they worked so hard to help me due to my kids needing A/C cause they can't be i the heat and use oxygen machines at night yes a God sent... Thank you everyone for being a blessing we are truly greatful.. I have used rent a center before and yes also a great service and product.. Love y'all bunches .. Thank you once again..
