Dexter, you are incredible too comfortable with customers at that little store 😂. I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The store manager repeatedly called and harassed my phone, and the voicemails left were extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, even when there are account or payment issues that need to be discussed. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a business. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to others. Management should review how customers are being contacted and ensure employees communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.

Me and my husband went in to buy a new couch, found a nice love seat/couch set. The worker shared with us it was “used” it in “perfect” condition besides a very small whole on one of the arms, that did not bother us so we went ahead with the purchase — we told him (the worker) that we were within a specific price range and that if it was outside of our range we politely decline. It ended up being more than we wanted so left, later that day the same worker called my husband and told him they would work out a deal to match our price range (awesome right?) well in the mix of the worker kept pushing the insurance for it on us which would significantly raise the price which we couldn’t afford at the time. Well the worker swore it was in perfect condition (we trusted him, now learning we shouldn’t have), all the reclining mechanisms are so bent and broken we can’t even use that feature of the furniture because it takes so much work to get it back down. Due to us not purchasing the insurance nothing can be done, I know our own fault but how can they willingly sell broken furniture (pathetic if you ask me). Additionally, we asked about delivery and the worker said oh yeah we can deliver. We went 2 days before thanksgiving and asked would it be before thanksgiving as we had people coming over for the holiday, he promised it would be. Well the day before thanksgiving he calls to say they won’t be able to deliver today and gave 10 excuses as to why. We said no we only went through will the sale mostly because you said it would be here on time. It came down to almost 7pm and he called to say workers would be delivering it, they basically threw it in my front door and walked out. Will never purchase from them again, they all have attitude there and very un professional.

This is one of the best places I have ever rented from they don't try to scam you you get 6 months same as cash on everything and the people are really nice and respect as long as you pay your bills if you having any trouble make contact with them they will work with you

I haven’t rented from this place before. I recently moved here. I sold all my future from my previous home. I went online and inquired on a few items I had my eye on. He called me and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. “Is this so and so.” My response was “maybe who is this”. I don’t know how most people answer the phone but if I don’t recognize the number and you don’t identify yourself when I pick up, I’m not going to confirm who I am. So he says wrong number and hangs up. I call later in the day to inquire. Not putting two and two together that it’s the same guy. Another attitude immediately. These are just a few rude things he said. “You inquired about a lot of furniture - how much you make” “You can’t be answering the phone like that when you put in inquiries” “I don't have any desks - if it doesn’t say express delivery then I don’t have it” “I said buddy's home furnishing” “The girl earlier acted like she didn’t know who your were” Each comment was made so rudely and snobby. At that point I had already started searching for furniture else where. I would never spend my hard earned money with a company that allows their employees to speak to people that way. I don’t know who pisses in his coffee every morning. I don’t recommend at all.
