CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! This is a horrible location with terrible employees. Liars!!! They make up services and when you try to use the service they act like you are crazy and I was even told I was dumb by Cody a rude employee there that needs to be fired he over talks the customer tells them they sound dumb and put my call on speaker phone for everyone to hear. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS RE TRAINED. I wouldn’t hire anyone that works here especially Cody being rude to someone who’s calling to pay off their furniture is crazy and when requesting to speak to manager he refused and I was hung up on. This was the worst experience renting furniture a NIGHTMARE THAT NO ONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE. If they keep hiring employees like Cody and the manager and team that looked us in our face and lied about service that per Cody were never offered and sound dumb for saying because he’s so knowledgeable because he was hired a month before we closed the contract. This location is pure insanity. Cody was rude and raciest he only talked to me like that because I am a black woman he felt he could over talk me yell at me and belittle me by calling me and what I was saying dumb. He was offended when I said his customer service was trash and if I was a manager I would fire him on the spot. The truth hurts and this is the truth. DON’T GO HERE!!!! VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LYING STAFF!!

I highly recommend this location the gentleman that were helping me today. They were extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very patient great personalities and very professional. I came in there looking for a washer and dryer. It was quick and simple. Got what I needed it was a real quick turn around and they was able to have my items delivered to me on a Monday though I came in o Saturday fast turn around time!

Not the 1st time i bought anything from them and everytime they have been very helpful. This time I bought a stackable washer and dryer. Delivery was great and the Staff is great and very helpful. Explained all information i needed to know and the stackable is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

Do ot make the mistake of purchasing from this company, they dont keep there promise I purchased a washer and dryer and kept calling that i was having issues with them they did nothing to fix the b issue. I stoped paying to get there attention and magically that worked but I highly suggest you dont waste your money here.
I recently purchased a bedroom set and the entire process was very easy. I was in and out of the stores location in less than 30 minutes. I needed to schedule the delivery for about a week out due to me being out of town and the day or delivery Danny and Luis were on time and very professional. The entire team made this a very positive experience. Thank you guys!

I went into buddy' s today and got my furniture all thanks to Lord God Almighty. But let me tell yall about the team James, Dylan and Axel was all amazing.you hear me!? Guys if you looking for furniture to put into your home please go to this location.
