Online I was approved with no issues I got everything approved to get it delivered to my house but I had to go in and verify some things. When I got in some old guy told me I couldn't use my online application and that my online approval was only for furniture and or appliances no electronics. But my approved online order was an gaming system and tv. Horrible experience

Jennifer she doesn’t know how to wait I pay a lot of stuff to them my father died and she kept calling not knowing the I already taking to the other manager. She doesn’t know the are situation is different for everybody and my sister was on the ventilator too and she didn’t give a single care about it I know I owe money but come on we are all human and we don’t what’s going to happen to are situation. I been to a lot and I just wish she would understand the am the man of the family and I take care of my mom my brothers and I am trying to pay them but she don’t care
This place is no good. They give you the items very damaged. If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them a star they don't deserve it. And there delivery is Worse they don't deliver on time, they make excuses. Not only that there place smells and its dirty. Last time I rent from this place!!!
Absolutely the worst rent a center I have ever dealt with . My payment is a month late because I had to have emergency delivery. They called me 4-5 times a day after I explained I was in the hospital . Harassed me every single day I was in the hospital even tho I told them as soon as I got released I would make a payment . Continued to call ; asked me if someone could make the payment for me . They are rude . Jennifer the manager is absolutely disgusting and repulsive she doesn’t care what I said or what I’m dealing with she just “well someone can make a payment” they can’t give me access to my account online so I could have someone make a payment online . I have life threatening issues going on & they still continue to call me 4-5 times a day !!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll be calling corporate to make a complaint as well . Tj is the only one who has some type of common sense up there & empathy for situations .
