Customer reviews
i am very happy with the service i receive at this location. I have never had an issue.
If I can do no stars I would. Purchased a stove cash and carry. The guy Marshall not professional and seems to blowing us off. Now I'm feeling stuck with a non working appliance.
Marshal ,Brian and Andrew amazing I would highly recommend
I had an emergency and an awful experience elsewhere. Thank you Mr Marshall and the entire staff for making this sad situation into a good situation. When family comes together you need a place to sit and i thank you for helping me
Marshall made the entire process so simple. He’s very knowledgeable please give him a pay raise.
🚨 Avoid Buddy’s Furniture! Marshall is extremely unprofessional and even threatened to have me locked up after I asked them to come get the furniture. I’ve been in constant contact since getting my set in March 2025. He got upset because I couldn’t pay an extra $400, and the two sets he showed me to fit my budget were never delivered. When I questioned why he’d file a false warrant — and if this had anything to do with the color of my skin — Marshall yelled, calling me a racist over 20 times. I requested another pick up, since I was accessed of stealing please come the furniture ready for pick up. Marshall proceeded to tell me if they had time they would stop by tonight I asked for an ETA , after accusing me of stealing .Then he texted: “You refuse to schedule it for tomorrow… If I told you a time I would be lying. You just have to wait.” Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and aggressive. Save your money — go to Rent-A-Center instead. Furniture returned no Buddy of mine!!!
