The delivery guys were professional and very pleasant. They set my washer up and made sure it was working. However we ran into an issue with spacing (not their fault) but they quickly told me how to solve it. When I called the store with the issue Ms LaTesha Bell was equally as professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend that when shopping for appliances to see what this Buddy's team has to offer

No one wants their Appliances to go Out on them at anytime, but especially NOT during Holiday time. Well, my refrigerator went out on me days before Christmas. I chose Buddy's Home Furnishings to help me!! I had a very pleasant visit in the Store with the Store Manager - Ms Latesha Bell!! She assured me they will make the delivery today. Two (2) Gentlemen arrived promptly and moved smoothly with the delivery. They were very Professional and Polite. I would recommend Buddy's Home Furnishings to anyone!!! Thank you all for saving my Holidays and for the great experience. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

The over all experience was great. They were all very helpful and polite . The receptionist is very sweet, energetic, and fun . She will work with you and get you the best prices that’s reasonable to your liking . I would recommend them to anyone .
