Absolutely terrible place! Do not ever go there! So I wanted to get a bed for my son. First bed fell apart when I was on my last payment. Of course the insurance doesn't cover it and I have to buy a second one which fell apart also and guess what insurance doesn't cover it either so I get the 3rd bed which has broken within the first week and when I call they have a terrible attitude yelling at me saying that they are not gonna keep doing this with me!! Doing what?? Making me pay for more stuff cause you haven't fixed or replaced the first thing! And then lied and said that the first time it broke I said my son was jumping on the bed. My son is 17 years old. He doesn't jump on the bed. Terrible products! Terrible attitude!! Waste of time and money. Go anywhere but here!

Wouldn’t let me buy a computer because i’m 18 & they scared i’ll take them to court & win the case. If you’re 18 & trying to find an affordable laptop for school. Please do not go there they won’t let you make a purchase.

Well everything was going good and I had an emergency with my husband where he had a blood infection in the hospital and couldn't make a payment and this wasn't a 5 min thing either was going on for weeks and they took my washer and dryer after the guy who came to my house while I was at the hospital calling me a liar and which by the way I have the paperwork from the hospital but anyways said I could make a payment retrieve my items well I called yesterday and told me weren't able to take my payment and return the items to me..So I went Somewhere else..And got My washer and dryer back..They are gladly to take my money..This place is a Joke and dont believe what they tell you either with discounts because you never see them here..

Horrible place don’t trust them will rip you off. Later, tell you something that is not true about what your documentation say. very unprofessional cannot speak to a manager play games put you on the phone with a worker that works there. New to the area I wasn’t aware of this place, but I am warning you stay away. Very hard, turnover different people you talk to when you go in
