Absolutely hate this company... They way over charge first off. Secondly when they tell you they will be there at a certain time 2 pm, and then you call and call and get no answer, finally call the Orlando store cause Apopka store never answers the phone, finally get ahold of someone, he says hell call back finally does, then they don't show for more then 3 hours later.. Seriously?
Horrible experience!!! Paid over the phone for my items/delivery. Associates NEVER said I had to be there to sign paperwork(my 20yr old was home). I LEFT MY JOB AN HOUR EARLY to be there because the delivery driver asked what time will I be there. I’m home waiting, no show. I call to see what is the hold up, they say delivery has been backed ip all day so they’ll deliver the next day. Why DID THEY NOT SAY THAT WHEN THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THEY DISCOUNTED THE ITEM DUE TO MISSING PIECES!!! I’m very upset - I could’ve went somewhere else, & I’m really pissed because I have to wait to get my money back!!! POOR COMMUNICATION!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE A STAR, especially after the sales person kept saying “we gave you a discount”…that’s no deal for me when a major piece is missing!!! It should’ve been discounted!!! What about me missing work? Compensate me for that!!! Just like yall have a job to do, others do as well & I LOST IN THIS SITUATION!!! I LOST ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!!
